Since starting my career as a journalist and graphic artist in the '80s, I have been steadily writing and designing marketing communications with the desired outcome always to move the notch forward for my clients’ businesses.
In 2006, I discovered the excitement of digital media when I became the lead voice and senior copywriter for the e-commerce website at Network Solutions. I quickly became fascinated with the process of defining the user experience and I turned my focus to the larger field of web content strategy and information architecture.
I began consulting in 2008 and since them have broadened and deepened my knowledge and range of skills in the interactive digital world.
